WHOLE WHEAT PANCAKES
2 c. whole wheat flour
3 tbsp. sugar/Splenda mixture1 tsp. salt
2 cups milk (skim works fine)
4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
6 tbsp. unsweetened applesauce
1 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen (optional)
Preheat griddle to medium heat, spray with Pam or equivalent, use 1/3 cup measuring cup to dispense evenly. Cook until bubbles appear on top, flip.
This is really good.
