A Day Away

Last Saturday we decided to make a trip down to Thatcher to see our new little niece Raylee. It's a three hour trip that was broken up by a stop in Miami at El Rey to eat my new favorite green chili burro, always a highlight of any trip. We met grandpa Steve there and then drove down to Thatcher. Aaron's little sister Heather and her husband Jared were nice to let us come and see their new very little baby Raylee. She was so tiny and very sweet. We had a good trip other than Rockwell deciding to be horrible! Daisy was awesome! She was the best little traveler.

And held Raylee. Daisy was very interested in her. It will be a different experience next time around when we have another baby. (Not anytime soon though!)

She really has good little hops.

This was probably one of my favorite parts of the day. We went to a park and Daisy was lucky to get Grandpa to play hide and seek with her. He was a good hider :)

We went out to dinner which was yummy but man, Rocky was just so naughty. We learned that naps are crucial to his happiness. He even threw his milk on the floor of the restaurant.

And yet I still love him! How could I not? He is too cute!

It was a good trip, a long day but a good one.
