Six Years

Six years is a long time and then at the same time it is not very long at all. I feel like I just met Aaron yesterday, but I can remember everyday we have had together. I love my husband. I am proud of him. I am thankful for him. He makes me happy.

We spent our anniversary morning with Daisy and Rockwell. We took them both bowling for the first time. I was thinking they might be too little, but I was very wrong. They thoroughly enjoyed themselves!

I told her I wanted a picture and she posed. She also dressed herself. :)

Daisy was very smart about how she knocked over her pins. She would make sure the stand was center just right to hit the pins. She is very smart.

Rocky was the best though. He was so excited to carry the ball and put it up on the stand and as soon as he pushed it down he would throw his hands up in the air and yell, "I DID IT!"

Very pleased and happy with his bowling little self.

The bowling ally we went to also has a small arcade in it. We played a bit and our prize was the fancy mustache.

I took a lot of coaxing to get it on Daisy, but it didn't stay on long enough for me to take a picture.

Then we went to the Harley-Davison store. Aaron can spend way too much time her. Kind of like me at Target or Hobby Lobby. He enjoyed himself and was nice because before we came here he let me run into a yard sale in Sun City. It was a dud.

Sometime in the afternoon we ended up at Grandma Rena's and she watched our kids while we took Grandpa Steve's motorcycle out to Lake Pleasant for BBQ. I have never before ridden on a real motorcycle. Obviously we didn't die, but I do prefer the sides and roof of a secure car. Once I was adventurous...

Even though it was May 16, the weather was beautiful. I have grown to love the beauty of the desert, especially in spring.
